UkayOkay : The summer comeback!
After months of hiatus, UkayOkay is now back! These thrifted items were from our recent trip to Tagaytay. I swear it’s now my favorite ukay destination! So many good finds! Too bad we only had 4 hours to shop so I only got few items. But don’t you worry, we’ll go there again soon!!!!
I am a fan of sparkling clothes and studded shoes. The top is just simply stylish, the gold details helped a lot. Partnered it with high-waisted shorts and studded boots to make it more edgy! I am totally loving this ensemble! I feel like a rockstar (though I don’t know how to rock hahaha). And the John Lennon glasses cost me 50 pesos only. Down side? Harry Potter print on one lens. LOL
I don’t want to sell the shoes, but to make my online shop going, I need to add more budget to it. Sooooo…yes, it’s up for grab! Check our online ukay shop on Facebook for details. =)
What I’m wearing:
Top — thrifted
Shorts — thrifted
Shoes — thrifted
The power of Ukay, beybeh!
If there is one thing that I would never regret in life, it’s spontaneity — going to unplanned trips and just swaying with life! Wait, that’s too deep. Meh~
What I’m trying to say is that, while most of our friends went swimming or mountain climbing last Holy Week, Mr. O and I spent ours with some spontaneous trip to Tagaytay and ukay shopping there. Best decision of my life ‘cause I was able to get these babies — my DMs! :3 I’ve been looking for one in Anonas but can’t spot any :( So imagine my excitement when I saw this in this one ukay in Tagaytay. I jumped and broke my sunglasses but I didn’t care at all! Hahaha! Owning a DMs is far more important! Charot.
Partnered it with my favorite fringe top from Topshop and thrifted metallic shorts. I feel like a rock star, beybeh!!
I think, everyone must have a pair of Doc Martens. The world will be a more beautiful place with everyone wearing it. Charot.
How’s your Holy Week? :)
